หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ประจำวัน

• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารลานจอดรถ (NPD) เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ภายในลานจอดรถ จุดจราจร จุดจอดรถ 15 นาที และเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำจุดป้อมรถยนต์และป้อมรถจักรยานยนต์

• ตรวจสอบเอกสารจัดเก็บค่าบริการจอดรถจากเจ้าหน้าที่ NPD นำส่งฝ่ายการเงินทุกวัน

• ประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่ NPD ดูแลจราจร และจัดสถานที่จอดรถเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เช่า ผู้มาติดต่อ และกรณีที่มีประชุม หรืองาน Event ต่าง ๆ

• ตรวจความปลอดภัย, ความสะอาด, วัตถุ/บุคคลต้องสงสัย ภายในลานจอดรถ ชั้น B1 – B5

• ตรวจสอบการเข้าออกของพนักงานผู้เช่า, ผู้มาติดต่อ และการแลกบัตรของผู้รับเหมา ภายในอาคาร

• ดูแลและควบคุมการออกบัตรจอดรถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ และบัตรผ่านเข้า-ออก อาคาร

• จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบราคาการบริการต่าง ๆ เช่น การจัดเก็บค่าบริการจอดรถ เป็นต้น เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาในการปรับปรุงอาคาร

• ดูแลความปลอดภัยของผู้เช่า, ผู้รับเหมาที่คงค้างอยู่ในอาคาร รวมถึงตรวจสอบรถค้างคืนในอาคาร

• ดูแล รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้เช่า และผู้มาติดต่อให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและคู่มือการใช้อาคาร อย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมกับประสานงานทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• สรุปจำนวนผู้เข้าใช้อาคาร

• ประชุมประจำสัปดาห์ร่วมกับผู้ดูแลอาคาร, คู่สัญญางานดูแลระบบจอดรถ, ระบบแลกบัตรผู้มาติดต่อ และระบบควบคุมบุคคลเข้าออก

• ขึ้นตรวจสอบจุดที่มีการแจ้งเหตุร่วม (ทีมสำรวจ) หากมีผู้แจ้งเหตุหรือ ระบบ FIRE ALARM ทำงาน

• ประสานงานกับช่างอาคารในกรณีที่ตรวจพบอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องมีการแก้ไข หรือซ่อมแซม

• รายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ

• บันทึกรายงานประจำวันเพื่อส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา

ประจำเดือน

• • สรุปรายงานจำนวนสิทธิ์จอดรถ สิทธิ์เช่า และความเคลื่อนไหวประจำเดือน

  • สรุปรายงานการใช้ Web Stamp เพื่อเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายกับบริษัทผู้เช่า

  • สรุปจำนวนบัตรจอดรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์ของ Member ประจำเดือน

  • สรุปจำนวนบัตร Visitor ที่คงเหลือและสูญหาย

  • ประชุมร่วมกันทีมบริหารลานจอด (NPD) ทำสรุปและติดตามงานต่างๆ
