Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that serve as the foundation for organizational data management. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms, overseeing the alignment of technical components, and ensuring that the architecture supports business objectives effectively. The architect continuously evaluates and refines the platform design to meet evolving requirements and maintain system coherence across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to support organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data architecture standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP Dataflow.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data architectures.
- Familiarity with data governance and security principles.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GCP Dataflow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A BTech is required.
