ROLE SUMMARY
The Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the management of data assets, ensuring high-quality data standards, and supporting the strategic use of data across the organization. They will collaborate closely with teams within Research and Development, with a particular emphasis on CD&O,  Operational Analytics & Recruitment Strategies. The role involves maintaining data integrity, implementing data governance policies, and facilitating data sharing and access while adhering to privacy and security regulations. The Data Steward will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence in alignment with the company's objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical trial site data within the organization's databases.
  • Data Cleaning: Regularly review and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and update site information.
  • Relationship Management: Identify and manage existing and new relationships between sites and large site organizations to facilitate efficient trial management.
  • Hierarchy Management: Manage and maintain the hierarchy of sites and clinics to reflect organizational structures and affiliations accurately.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Work with the SiteSentry application to implement CI/CD practices, ensuring seamless updates and maintenance of site data.
  • Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to manage data needs effectively, ensuring that data supports business objectives across various units.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Develop and apply quality assurance protocols to validate the data of clinical trial sites, ensuring it meets the required standards for analysis and reporting.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on data stewardship practices and the use of data management systems.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on data stewardship activities and maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and any changes made.
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Public Health, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes or healthcare data management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
