Overview:
Responsible for attainment of sales goals (SLA & KPI) by region. Develops long-term sales strategies. Oversees the development of current manager, supervisor, sales representatives, senior sales representatives and engineers. Participates in strategic division initiatives. Ensures consistent member management practices across the inside sales department. Fosters cross-departmental teamwork and communication. Provides department -wide direction in support of the divisions long-term strategies. Ensures timely completion of all projects and responsibilities. The Sr. Operations Manager is an individual who is responsible for the management of multiple programs, ensuring that those programs achieve and exceed contractual goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Works with the GM, corporate/vendor stakeholders to develop and execute annual business plans.
* Assigns quarterly sales goals by territory.
* Communicates job responsibilities to staff.
* Develops quarterly plans for territory development.
* Presents quarterly business plans at team level.
* Manages 100% attainment of Sales KPIs, Marketing Budget and corporate special goals.
* Maintains excellent customer and vendor relationships.
* Interfaces with TM's and departmental Director to ensure cross-corporate teamwork.
* Oversees strategic projects for division growth.
* Provides sales with the tools needed, such as slippage reports, new Customers reports, leads, customer focuses, account activation reports, business contribution reports per rep, pipeline reports and the process to utilize them.
* Develops motivational strategies and TD Monthly/Quarterly sales promotions. Continues to work with PM and Vendors for sales promotions.
* Oversees Member Development activities, including quarterly one-on-one "feedback" meetings with all employees, quarterly service observations, and reward and recognition programs for top employees; also weekly 1:1 with supervisors, biweekly with seniors and monthly trainings hosted for leadership position in department.
* Sets up meetings with support departments and holds sales and staff meetings in order to improve communication within the department.
* Responds to escalated customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
* Maintains strategic vendor relationships and helps schedule stakeholder visits to ensure exposure for department.
* Addresses escalated personnel issues prior to HR involvement. Ensures timely resolution of employee issues and consistent actions across regions.
* Acts as the primary liaison for relevant internal departments to ensure efficiency of operations. This includes but is not limited to IT, Telecom, Accounting, and other operations areas.
* Aligns technology solutions to business processes in accordance with corporate strategy. Conducts business process analyses, identifies opportunities to apply technologies to business processes through continuous improvement.
* Works effectively with IT in order to manage system changes and mitigate any risks presented. Drives change through new IT solutions.
* Develops and recommends short and long range strategic, divisional goals and objectives consistent with organization guidelines.
* Oversees management of all personnel activities including hiring, training and evaluating team member's performance to ensure high quality staffing, employee development and equitable administration of personnel programs.
* Develops constructive relationships with management of Support Departments by improving responsiveness and connections with support departments and involving each support department manager in one regional meeting per quarter.
*Leads any kind of organizational or market change that may impact department through a robust and effective communication strategy.
*Planning, developing, strategizing quarterly plans to execute on goals, budgets, KPIs
*Developing leadership team, supervisors, seniors, reps, engineers
*Executing communication strategy with stakeholders internal/external (including travel and visits)
*Daily cadence with team members (1:1s, side by sides, roundtables, huddles)

Experience:
*5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
*5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Education & Certifications:
• Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Business/International Business/Marketing Field of Study preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree with Sales/Marketing/Business field of study required.
• Other Education / Certifications: Sales Training/Certifications; Sandler Training; Salesforce training; MS Office apps advanced training
