This role serves as a strategic execution partner to Product and Engineering leadership, ensuring that delivery pipelines are not only stable but continuously improving in predictability and speed. The Digital Delivery Lead balances high-level tactical oversight with professional coaching, focusing on reducing Lead Time to Value and ensuring that technical execution aligns strictly with broader business outcomes.
How You Will Contribute:
Multi-Squad Leadership & Performance: Act as a servant-leader for 2-3 agile squads by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members are motivated and productive. Strategic Resource Allocation: Optimize capacity planning across multiple teams. Predict future resource needs based on roadmap complexity and manage the allocation of specialized talent (e.g., DevOps, UX) to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
