About the team

The Customer Service Export team within Selko (part of Trouw Nutrition’s Global Supply Chain organization) ensures the smooth flow of products across international markets. Based in Tilburg, the team connects production, planning, and logistics with Nutreco’s global network of customers and sister companies.

Operating in a complex export environment, the team manages order processing, documentation, transport coordination, and international compliance, requiring strong collaboration and a focus on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

As Customer Service Export Lead, you will combine operational responsibility with leadership. You will ensure that export processes run smoothly while continuously improving performance and ways of working.

  • Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability, collaboration and development

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation and deliveries to global customers and internal stakeholders

  • Act as the key link between customer service, production, planning and logistics partners

  • Monitor performance (e.g. OTIF, delivery reliability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Lead or contribute to optimization projects (Lean, process improvements, digital tools)

  • Remain hands-on by managing a number of countries operationally

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone ready to Own this role-taking responsibility for both team performance and daily operations, while continuing to grow into a leadership position.

You bring:

  • Around 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain

  • Experience in leadership or coordination

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures

  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and ownership mindset

  • Strong command of English is essential (native or near-native level); Dutch is strongly preferred
