As we continue our shift from analog to digital, owned consumer platforms play a critical role in building 1:1 consumer engagement across the full consumer journey and lifecycle, powered by rich first party data-time interaction, and data powered connectivity. 

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Consumer Platforms B2B2C – MX to lead the strategy, activation, and performance of our system co-created B2B2C consumer platform in Mexico. This role operates at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Data, Franchise, Bottlers, and external partners to scale adoption, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business impact in the market.  

The ideal candidate is a senior digital leader with strong platform and growth expertise, a data driven and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to orchestrate complex ecosystems while influencing senior stakeholders across the system.  

 

What You’ll Do for Us 

Consumer Platform Strategy & Market Leadership 

  • Own the Mexico market strategy and operating model for the B2B2C consumer platform, ensuring alignment with brand, digital, and business priorities. 

  • Lead the evolution of the platform to deliver clear consumer value propositions and scalable impacts on the market. 

  • Define success metrics, performance targets, and growth priorities in partnership with Marketing, Data, and Big Bet leadership. 

  • Act as the market subject matter expert for B2B2C consumer platforms and own digital engagement. 

Platform Operations & Performance Ownership 

  • Own end to end platform performance in Mexico, in close partnership with Franchise and Bottlers. 

  • Drive harmonization of execution models, ways of working, and consumer experiences to avoid fragmentation. 

  • Lead performance reviews and optimization cycles using data, insights, tests, and learn approaches. 

  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for platform evolution and expansion. 

Digital Ecosystem & Calendar Orchestration 

  • Ensure the B2B2C platform is fully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem and activation calendar, including CRM, Media, Brand, KKAA, and Digital initiatives. 

  • Influence prioritization and resourcing decisions to embed the platform in key consumer and commercial moments. 

  • Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver consistent, high impact consumer experiences across touchpoints. 
     

Data, Insights & Product CoCreation 

  • Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to define KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks. 

  • Translate consumer insights, behavioral data, and multivariate testing results into actionable strategies. 

  • Provide clear, prioritized input to Product and Tech teams to cocreate backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery timelines. 

  • Balance short-term performance optimization with long-term platform evolution.  

Stakeholder Influence & System Leadership 

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Franchise, Bottlers, C&CL, Tech, Data, Brands, and external partners. 

  • Lead alignment and negotiation discussions to secure resources and commitment for platform priorities. 

  • Socialize platform learnings, insights, and best practices across the system to accelerate adoption and impact. 
     

Digital Transformation & Culture 

  • Champion agile ways of working, experimentation, and continuous improvement. 

  • Act as a change agent, influencing mindsets and behaviors to advance the digital transformation journey in the market. 

  • Build confidence and advocacy for consumer platforms through strong leadership and results. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus. 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, consumer platforms, owned digital experiences, or related roles. 

  • Proven experience leading B2B2C or owned consumer platforms with clear consumer value and ROI. 

  • Strong background in digital acquisition, activation, engagement, and lifecycle management. 

  • Experience working across cross functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems.  

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. 

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability. 

  • Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills. 

  • Fluent English required; Spanish required.
