UPS is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support our Turkey, Middle East & Africa Cluster. This strategic HR role works closely with senior leaders to deliver impactful people strategies across complex, growing markets.
About the Role
As the HRBP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in turning global HR strategies into effective, locally tailored actions. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, the HRBP VP be a part of the Cluster Business Planning Team (BPT).
Supporting six countries, you will guide leadership, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure alignment with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). You will also act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and labor topics, helping to maintain a positive and legally compliant workplace.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership, translating business priorities into targeted, high‑impact people initiatives that drive performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic talent insights, supporting workforce planning, capability building, and robust succession planning to ensure a strong and future‑ready talent pipeline.
- Lead the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of HR programs across assigned regions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Conduct HR research and data analysis, delivering clear insights, dashboards, and presentations that inform decision‑making and shape people strategies.
- Champion business needs while ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), shared services, and enterprise-wide HR strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, guiding leaders in applying fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices to mitigate risk and foster a positive employee experience.
- Advise on labor relations and employment legislation across supported countries, ensuring compliance, proactive risk management, and alignment with local regulatory requirements.
- Partner across HR teams and functions to deliver cohesive, high‑quality HR solutions, contributing to cross‑functional initiatives and continuous HR process improvement.
What You Will Need
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a global, complex matrix environment, demonstrating increasing scope and responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- Extensive experience in employee relations and labor matters across multiple countries/jurisdictions; strong understanding of regional employment legislation is a significant advantage.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies, supported by an analytical and data-informed mindset.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated capability in driving organizational change, managing ambiguity, and leading effective problem‑solving initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel across supported countries, as required by business needs.
