  • 5+ years proven experience in leading large-scale corporate events

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Experience in venue scouting, vendor negotiations, and budget management

Your transformation challenge ...

  • Corporate event management: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from pre-event activities to live event management and post-event follow-up across multiple channels

  • Lead our lighthouse events: Spearhead our flagship corporate events, including our annual community conference, the Transporeon Summit, which attracts over 600+ attendees and is growing each year

  • Venue scouting and vendor management: Identify and secure the perfect venues, and manage relationships with all vendors to ensure seamless event execution

  • Partner and sponsor management: Handle all aspects of partner and sponsor relationships for our key events, from creating sponsorship kits to pre-event planning, promotion, and post-event activities

  • Budget oversight: Develop, track, and manage event budgets with precision, ensuring all financial aspects are meticulously planned and monitored

  • Event checklists & playbooks: Create and maintain event checklists, establish annual booth building guidelines, and develop an event playbook for field marketers and go-to-market teams.

  • Success metrics and reporting: Define event success metrics, set KPIs, and measure and report on event performance to make proper decisions based on #s

  • Lead generation and tracking: Focus on lead generation and tracking from onsite events, manage follow-up nurturing activities, and report regularly on lead statistics, working closely with sales teams to align activities

  • Market research: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest insights into event programming

  • Virtual event platform: Own, manage, and execute our Virtual Event Platform to run webinars, Town Hall meetings, and recordings
