Reporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing for Nucala US, the role of Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Direct to Consumer (DTC) promotional efforts for NUCALA across multiple indications and promotional channels. The role will also work closely with internal Healthcare Professional Brand Marketing and Capability teams, as well as external partners, to deliver Nucala’s ambition.
The Consumer Marketing Manager will influence campaign strategy, as well as lead content development and implementation across Video, Social, Digital, CRM, and Website channels. The role will partner with Creative and Media Agencies-of-Record (AORs) to implement campaigns and lead day-to-day prioritization aligned to approved scopes of work. Internally, the Marketing Manager is accountable for stewarding the promotional governance processes with critical stakeholders across Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Copy Approval teams to ensure compliance. The role is also responsible for campaign performance and optimization to maximize DTC marketing contribution to brand performance.
Beyond brand promotion and performance accountability, the role is responsible for influencing strategic plans and tactical implementation based on a combination of patient, competitive landscape, and business priorities.
Candidate should be a self-starter, have a passion for the patient, a strong drive to ensure the marketing campaigns are competitive and compliant, and have an innate ability to be innovative and agile in the consumer space.
