Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BW/4HANA applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BW/4HANA and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. - Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques for data visualization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. -Good Communication skills -Team Management -Stake holder Management - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using SAP BW/4HANA. - Experience in developing and maintaining SAP BW/4HANA data models. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
