Our products form the engine room of our customers’ businesses, making it critical that we communicate with them regularly, build engagement, and deliver compelling product marketing and advocacy. This is where you will come in.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our Insurance Software & BPS business.
This role will lead product marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, expand opportunities, and support pipeline growth.
You will work closely with the Director of Product and Customer Advocacy in the US and collaborate across DXC to deliver insights and marketing strategies that resonate with our clients, drive demand for our solutions, and support long-term business growth.
Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to support business development and customer engagement.
Build and nurture client relationships, positioning DXC as a trusted partner and thought leader.
Share market insights and identify innovative approaches that expand opportunities across Life & Pensions, Commercial & Specialty, and Reinsurance markets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support revenue targets and pipeline growth.
Represent DXC’s Insurance Software & BPS business in customer-facing events, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.
Stay ahead of market, competitor, and regulatory trends to ensure DXC’s offerings remain differentiated and relevant.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies, marketing, and market analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Certifications in Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, or Business Development.
Experience in customer advocacy or community engagement programmes.
