HeyGen's founding Renewal Manager is part of the Customer Success organization responsible for renewing our long-tail SMB customers from our Sales-led motion. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive individual who can secure renewals, identify risks and opportunities, and drive operational improvements while without extensive resources. This person will be measured on their book of business retention.
