Do you want to play a role in global commerce?
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic finance department to support cash management activities at Prologis. The candidate will coordinate and conduct daily cash management activities, including payments and global cash reporting, conducted by the corporate Treasury department. In addition, the candidate will work closely with local teams to obtain cash forecasts and integrate the information into our global cash forecasting tool, allowing us to assess cash needs.
What’s needed in order to do that: (describes the role)
- · Treasury Cash Management Lead on Mexico FIBRA Fund processes including but not limited to: daily operational tasks, cash positioning, balance reporting/debt tracking, bank account cash in-vestment management, and internal customer support for cross functional teams
- · Work closely with local and corporate leadership teams assisting with regular and ad-hoc needs
- · Work closely with existing and new banking partners to strengthen our relationships and com-munication with them, learn and implement new solutions they may offer
- · Will involve leading discussions within the Cash Management group and coordinating of various meetings
- · Develop and share the responsibility to implement improvements and automation tools
- · Create new reporting metrics and requirements through the use of dashboards and KPI’s, etc. (in Tableau, Sigma, Excel, and Smartsheets) as defined by the corporate Treasury department
- · Learning of Mexico Treasury best practices and theories and utilize these ideas and assist in im-plementing to become real world solutions
- · Work with local team to build cash forecast for various funds that will report into our global forecasting tool
- · Works on independent projects and routine problems to improve and resolve issues for our in-ternal customers and identifies those stakeholders and gathers input to decide on sounds reso-lutions
- · Ability to work on projects in parallel
- · Ability to produce and present to Senior Management (Director, VP, SVP, MD)
- · Research and become involved in Mexico Treasury Organizations to expand Prologis exposure

- · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly to decision-makers
- · Experience and understanding of accounting concepts is a plus
- · Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/BI/Sigma), data management tools (SQL, Python) and databases is a strong plus
- · Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- · 2-4 years prior Treasury exposure and concepts highly recommended
- · Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or IT.
- · Must be bilingual
