JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in C#.NET is required. Intermediate proficiency in Java Platform Language and Class Libraries is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in SQL Database Administration is suggested. Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance of business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Document solutions and processes to create a knowledge base for future reference. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery. Provide training and support to team members and end-users as needed.
