Wij hebben een interessante functie voor een Senior EH&S Technician voor de Polyol/Polyglycol (PU/IPG) plant in Terneuzen, Nederland!

Onder de PU/IPG area in Terneuzen vallen verschillende productie eenheden waar ruim 120 medewerkers deel van uit maken. Onder de productie eenheden vallen de Polyols met 15 reactoren en 6 finishing treinen, PolyGlycols met 2 reactoren en 2 finishng treinen, CoPolymerPolyol (CPP) unit met 1 reactor en finishing trein. Ter uitbreiding is momenteel de constructie gestart van de nieuwe plant welke ook onder de PU/IPG organisatie gaat vallen. Deze nieuwe fabriek zal volledig geintegreerd worden in huidige organisatie.

De PU/IPG area maakt gronstoffen die eindigen in verschillende toepassingen zoals: Matrassen, Isolatie, Sneakers, Coatings, Lubricants, Auto’s en nog veel meer.

Als Senior EH&S-Technician voor de PU/IPG area ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het EH&S-managementsysteem, om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen en de 'license to operate' te behouden. Je verzorgt praktische activiteiten op het gebied van milieu, industriële hygiëne en gezondheid en veiligheid voor de PU/IPG area. Vereist volledige vaardigheid in een reeks technische en operationele processen en procedures, volledige vaardigheid in Life Critical Standards (LCS) en de andere EH&S-normen.

Deze rol gaat deel uitmaken van het PU/IPG EH&S-team en zal de EH&S-kennis, expertise en ondersteuning bieden bij de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen de Afdeling.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Implementeren van gedetailleerde dagelijkse EH&S-programma's op taakniveau, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van het EH&S-werkproces, de normen en procedures.
• Ervoor zorgen dat de milieu-, IH- en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaspecten van de operationele discipline adequaat zijn en worden toegepast om EH&S-prestatiedoelen te bereiken.
• Fungeren als centrale bron voor gerelateerde EH&S-informatie over procedures, richtlijnen en normen.
• Fungeren als contactpersoon voor milieu-, gezondheids- en veiligheidskwesties en helpen bij het ontwikkelen en bereiken van de EH&S-doelen.
• Coachen van teams en individuen bij EH&S-gerelateerde taken en activiteiten.
• Uitvoeren/coördineren van bepaalde EH&S-monitoring, gegevensverzameling, analyse en rapportage voor de fabriek en zorgt ervoor dat compliancetaken worden voltooid.

Kwalificaties 

• Afgeronde technische MBO 4 of een bachelor in een gerelateerd vakgebied plus EH&S, productie of andere gerelateerde ervaring. 
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal heeft de voorkeur.
• EH&S-ervaring en/of MVK-diploma heeft de voorkeur.
