As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Follow and implement individualized Plans of Care to promote patient progress and safety
Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safe use of assistive devices
Support patient independence through personalized home therapy programs
Uphold Elara Caring’s mission, values, and standards of excellence
This role is physically active and may include lifting, transferring patients, and flexible scheduling as needed.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice
Minimum 6 months of PTA experience preferred
Willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical job duties
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
