Your area of responsibilities:


• Induction and training of our staff & management through (management) courses to ensure a smooth
integration into new areas of responsibility.
• Management and implementation of the different Induction & Development programs to ensure the new role
can be performed in accordance with JD-policies and procedures.
• Implementation of further workshops and training courses that meet the dynamic needs of the company and
its employees.
• Support the Stores in ensuring a high level of customer service, providing action plans to improve the
performance of underperforming stores and always ensure a continuity of high level- customer service, based
on detailed analyses.
• Close cooperation with retail management and training department to meet specific training needs on an
individual or group basis.
• Store visits for follow-up on training and pro-actively identify ‘potentials’ in cooperation with Retail
management.
• Identify training stores with proven processes and success rates to train new team members and new
management.
• Management and further development of the JD e-learning platform to meet the training needs of the
allocated areas and to strive for a 100% e-learning completion rate.
• Create training plans and keep training plans updated (incl. trainers, location, content, duration, follow-up…)
• Ensuring the administrative organization of the trainings: planning, participants, training places, reservation
of train tickets, hotels, ect.
• Supporting the Retail Teams in the realization of new openings ensuring JD-standards can be met from the
start.
• Reporting on training activities in the Federal Learning Account to ensure the legal obligations in terms of
training.


Your Profile:


• You have very good communication skills in Dutch, French & English (written and spoken)
• You have a relevant professional experience as a trainer (preferably within Retail)
• You can work independently in a structured and efficient way.
• You are empathic, you can rely on a high EQ
• You have the availability to travel within the country/allocated Area, including overnight stays.
• You have a good knowledge of the retail sector (experience in the management of a store would be a plus)
• You have a proficient knowledge of tools: Word, PowerPoint, excel, …
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously
