The Company is seeking to hire a Product Manager to work within the London based product management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a role which offers exposure across the whole technology delivery cycle all the way from Sales to Support!

The primary focus of the role will be to define our business roadmap and design new software modules, products and services to achieve it. The candidate will lead initiatives which involve industry experts, senior leadership of client/prospects, and operational teams at our clients and our own internal delivery & support teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and industry challenges; use these to build and drive a roadmap
  • Analysing, designing and specifying enhancements based on strategic vision and tactical plans
  • Managing the product backlog and making priority calls on delivery sequence
  • Driving success of initiatives by coordinating development, testing, delivery and support of new features
  • Working with the sales team on product demonstrations, creating presentations and designing proof of concept demos to support the sales effort
  • Collect and analyse system data and client feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product
  • Act as an escalation point for Commcise Support team where there are client-specific queries or challenges

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

  • An experienced professional with a track record in Product Management or Business Analysis; the strongest candidates will have lived and breathed technology delivery in various guises (perhaps as Implementation / Delivery consultants, Solution architects, Technical Analysts or pre-Sales support staff). Experience with agile development is a plus.
  • 5-10 years’ experience
  • Has an enthusiastic and proactive style, able to balance the competing demands of a Product Manager
  • Can cut through complexity; by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing conclusions
  • Is a strong and proactive communicator, who can persuade and build consensus for ideas and is confident dealing with clients in various departments and at different levels of seniority
  • Is well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
