USPB Risk CAO team in USBPB Independent Risk organization is responsible for defining strategy, vision and roadmap for strong risk management for US Personal Banking, Global Wealth Management and consumer portfolios in Citi Legacy Franchises – through holistic management of consumer/retail credit risk framework components, integration and alignment across retail credit, wholesale credit and Enterprise risk management frameworks and transformation of underlying processes for both personal banking and wealth risk management including delivery of key priorities to build and scale on digital using analytics and smart automation, 360o monitoring, independent quality assurance & effective challenge of both 1st and 2nd line credit execution to assess compliance to related regulations and Citi policies.  

This position would be responsible overseeing collecting requirements, end to end testing (data and functional), reporting efforts to achieve sustainability for consent order or any other programs associated with risk systems. This position requires high interface with multiple stakeholders across 1st and the 2nd line of business, project management, Technology, and test coordination teams.

In this role, you should be responsible for:

  • End-to-End user testing (Functional and/or data) of processes and solutions including production parallel.
  • To provide necessary guidance to Technology and Businesses for quality of completeness of solutions to enter production and requirements for compensating controls, as necessary
  • Reporting of changes and test results, Risk SME coverage during UAT and production parallels activities.
  • Provide inputs to and specification reviews with Technology and Business on requirements, changes, and test/production results
  • Documentation of test results in JIRA creating lineage from requirements to results.
  • Participate in agile testing methodology – Sprints, Grooming, Demos resulting in testing and scripts requirements
  • Maintain system specific documentation, respond to user queries in a timely manner, participate in technology-based regression testing or any other COB or server-based testing.
  • Communicate and interact with other areas across the organization including Finance & Planning, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting Policy, Risk Reporting, and regional management to resolve issues pertaining to Regulatory Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of project management process and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience and ability to partner with Business & Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project goals.
  • Candidate should have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in retail / wholesale credit risk preferred
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams globally / regionally
  • Experience in more than one of the following will be an advantage: 
    • Credit risk / Portfolio analysis / Business- Data analytics
    • Data Governance and DQ
    • Regulatory risk processes / MIS
    • Process re-engineering / Automation
    • Risk platforms and transformation projects
    • Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, Data Visualization tools
  • Experience in retail / wholesale credit risk preferred

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
