• Du unterstützt das HR-Team in unserem HR-Transformationsprojekt, das u.a. in der Einführung eines neuen HR-Managementsystems (Workday) besteht.

• Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du verschiedene Aufgaben und Prozesse. 

• Rechercheaktivitäten sowie die Erstellung von Auswertungen wissen wir bei dir in guten Händen.

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student in einem laufenden Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Ausrichtung

• Du hast eine starke Datenaffinität, arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig

• Du besitzt die Fähigkeit unterschiedliche Informationen in einen Kontext zu kanalisieren und verschiedene Bälle in der Luft zu halten

• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Du bringst Lust und Freude an Teamarbeit mit, auch im internationalen Kontext mit guten Englischkenntnissen

• Du hast einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. MS Excel & MS PowerPoint ) sowie Google Sheets, Google  Präsentationen/Slides, Google Drive u.Ä.

• Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind schriftlich wie mündlich mindestens fließend (C1)
