We are searching for the best talent for Senior Professional Sales Representative_DPS_South
Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to manage distributor relationships and drive commercial success for our Trauma (orthopedics) and Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) product lines in South Taiwan. This is a pure distributor-management role (indirect selling) focused on strategic New Product Introduction (NPI), strong KOL engagement (through and with distributors), clinical support activities, and consistent sales performance via channel partners.
You will be responsible for:
Distributor Relationship Management. Own and develop relationships with assigned distributor(s): contract KPI alignment, incentive structures, performance reviews, and corrective action plans. Coach, train, and motivate distributor clinical and sales teams to ensure product knowledge, procedural competencies, and adherence to selling strategies. Ensure distributor field activities align with company brand standards, messaging, and compliance requirements.
Sales & Commercial Execution. Deliver sales targets for Trauma and CMF through distributor pull-through and demand generation. Build and execute territory business plans with measurable milestones (volume, revenue, share, case mix). Monitor distributor inventory, order pipeline, and execution to prevent stockouts or excess build.
New Product Introduction (NPI). Lead territory-level NPI strategy and tactical execution (launch planning, clinical adoption plans, training schedules). Facilitate initial clinical cases, and post-launch feedback loops with clinical teams and distributor reps.
KOL and Clinical Engagement. Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong KOL relationships in South Taiwan through coordinated activities with distributor. Support clinical education: workshops, proctoring, case observations, and hospital presentations (with distributor presence when required). Capture clinical feedback and translate into actionable insights for product development and commercialization teams.
Market Intelligence & Reporting. Provide timely market, competitor, and clinical insights; track adoption barriers and opportunities. Prepare periodic performance reviews and present recommendations to regional leadership.
Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. Collaborate with marketing, education, reimbursement/market access, and supply chain to optimize territory performance.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
3–6 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with Trauma/orthopedics or CMF product lines.
Proven experience managing and developing distributors or channel partners in an indirect selling model.
Demonstrated success executing NPIs and driving clinical adoption.
Strong clinical acumen and comfort in supporting OR-level activities or clinical education (observations/proctoring coordination).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent Mandarin; business-level English preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within South Taiwan;
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in hospital sales and working with opinion leaders (surgeons, department heads).
Experience using systems and building territory forecasts.
Training/certification in clinical support or sales methodologies
