Meet the team:
The Infrastructure Engineering and CloudOps Team is a global organization that supports all critical infrastructure and cloud services with a security and automation first mindset and practice. The team is involved in many projects to improve our capabilities and services offered to the entire company. We lead the way in setting the standards and best practices for running and maintaining such platforms.
Where you come in:
• You will maintain the operation of communication/collaboration tools, applications, and template creation within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• You will administer existing SharePoint & Teams environment permissions, data size, and guest access.
• You will perform data analysis, automate processes, and create custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform toolset.
• You will establish governance and usage policies for SharePoint, MS Teams, and other M365 collaboration tools.
• You will enable and customize 3rd party applications to work with the Microsoft 365 framework.
• You will compile and maintain KPIs for organizational adoption and usage of M365 products and suggest directions to best leverage these tools.
• You will compile reports as needed for internal audit compliance reporting.
• You will respond to end-user requests and provide support regarding M365 Collaboration tools.
• You will act as mediator between strategy partners, implementation partners, corporate communications, and IT in the redesign and reimplementation of the corporate intranet.
• You will assist and recommend M365 tools in alignment with InfoSec and other governing body directives to support the development of internal applications.
What makes you successful:
• You have expertise and experience with M365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI, OneDrive, and Yammer/Viva.
• You have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and license optimization strategies for communication tools.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft roadmap and future directions for M365 and related technologies.
• You have sharpened presentation skills, especially in front of VP/Exec Level audiences.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills.
• You have mid-level expertise in PowerShell programming and scripting.
• You have a mid-level understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and integrating external data sources with M365.
• You have strong and responsive communication and collaboration skills.
• You have the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and communicate concepts effectively.
• You have a strong understanding of the MS technological ecosphere and a history of making decisions and recommendations about direction.
