As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a crucial role in determining pricing strategies and optimizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial team and other teams to understand and evaluate price applications.
• Keep neat and clean price application tracking record with all required information input
• Coordinate and drive whole price application processes with proactive and effective communication, influence, escalation etc., with high level of agility maintained
• Investigate system capabilities and try to automate related processes to best extent
• Perform relative analysis as required
• Propose NPI price and keep list price and other related data base updated, organized and clean
• Assess pricing performance and provide suggestions for price adjustments to enhance revenue and market share.
• Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends to find ways to improve pricing strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and effective strategies in pricing analytics.
• Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to deadline and detail
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong capacity to work autonomously and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and pricing optimization techniques is a plus
• Experience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable
