As an Output manager of the Nation Print Mail Center (NPMC) you will manage one of the many facets of our fast-paced and customer focused printing and mailing operations.

This position requires a highly motivated strong leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering results and developing high performing teams. Candidates must have previous management experience, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to create and maintain a very engaged, positive work environment. Flexibility in schedule is required as this is a 24x6 operation, with the majority of time in office. We are looking for an innovative leader with a strategic operations mindset and customer focus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of the operational activities related to the NPMC workflow server infrastructure, software applications, data analytics, business health reporting, USPS/GEICO business compliance

  • Support existing workflow processes. Review and recommend new or improved workflow processes based on state requirements in the effort to reduce unnecessary mail

  • Analyze procedures and institute change as needed. Enforce adherence to procedures

  • Accident prevention and safeguards for audit and safety compliance

  • Prepare reports, Cost Benefit Analysis and special studies related to operational enhancements and to achieve business plan success

  • Assist in the preparation of plans and budgets. Review and execute plans and budgets to achieve cost and/or productivity improvements

  • Manage and support activities related to purchasing, invoice processing and savings analysis

  • Complete all tasks related to associate hiring, performance and development. Provide associate guidance and administer appropriate action when necessary

  • Evaluate, forecast and maintain required staffing

  • Complete product evaluations, manage vendor relationships and execute contract negotiations

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL preferred

  • Strong organization skills
