dentsu Creative is a full-service creative agency, with a solid team of enthusiastic experts who are also rather nice people. Based in Hakaniemi, Helsinki, dentsu Creative builds concepts, campaigns, brand experience and events to create growth for the clients.

  

Make an impact

As Project Manager, you will play a hands-on role within dentsu Creative. You will be part of the project management team and support the day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects. This role is for someone who enjoys operational delivery, campaign coordination, and production-led work, and who wants to work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to keep projects on track.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Support the day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects
• Help plan and coordinate campaigns, social media projects, content and video production, branding, brand experience & events
• Work hands-on across campaign planning and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
• Support resourcing, invoicing, and project profitability
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects
• Contribute to a positive, structured, and efficient way of working in a fast-moving agency environment

 

Key requirements

• Agency background and understanding of how creative agency work runs
• Experience in project management, account coordination, or another operational delivery role
• Hands-on experience with social media and an understanding of how social campaigns are built and delivered
• Experience in video production, content production, influencer cooperation, integrated campaigns
• Brand experience and event production experience is considered a strong plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to stay calm and keep the bigger picture in view when priorities change quickly
• A proactive, collaborative team player who brings structure and momentum
• Comfortable working in a small, tight-knit team where everyone takes ownership
• Finnish and English language skills are required
