Join our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Strategy & Performance team and be a part of our mission to eradicate financial crime. We are looking for a dedicated Manager Business Process Improvement to support Financial Crime Services in achieving our vision: “To relentlessly pursue the elimination of financial crime.”
Financial Crime Operations (FCO) is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Group’s financial crime operations shared service. FCO leads the Group’s approach to managing Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Sanctions risks and obligations through the provision of AML/CTF, KYC, Sanctions, ECDD and other operational services
The Role:
You will be part of the FCO Strategic Initiatives & Governance function, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of FCO operational teams via strategic projects, workforce planning, capability, change, quality control as well as uplift across policy, process and risk.
As a Manager Business Process Improvement, you will support FCO by managing the delivery of multiple initiatives to enable productivity and quality uplift and ongoing compliance to the ever-changing nature of financial crime policy. Your efforts will directly contribute to enabling our operational teams to provide world-class prevention and detection of financial crime and safeguard the Group and wider community through our expertise, insights, and quality.
This role has no direct reports.
