Job Summary

As part of the IT Applications team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and maintaining data solutions that support key business decisions. You will work with large datasets, applying machine learning techniques and statistical methods to solve complex supply chain challenges, improve processes, and drive efficiency.

You’ll collaborate across functions, working closely with business stakeholders, DBAs, and system admins to define technical specifications, build predictive models, and develop data products. If you’re passionate about turning data into powerful business insights, this is the role for you.

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and deliver actionable insights

• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms

• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI

• Translate complex data concepts into business-friendly language

• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle data projects — from discovery to deployment

• Serve as a best practice resource for data governance, modeling, transformation, and visualization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions

Let's Talk About You

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role within a complex business environment

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Proficiency in modern analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R)

• Solid understanding of data governance, transformation, warehousing, and visualization best practices

• Proven track record leading end-to-end data projects

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred:

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, Salesforce, or Workday

• Experience integrating and analyzing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) data

• Background in working with cross-functional supply chain teams

• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and modelling

• Proficiency in Jira (agile project tracking) and Confluence (documentation and collaboration)

• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments

• Passion for data standardization, building reusable data assets, and elevating data literacy across teams
