Join our collaborative team as a Senior Manager of Content at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this key role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that enhance our market presence and support business growth. You'll be responsible for assessing the digital landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and creating data-driven roadmaps that deliver measurable results. Working across multiple channels, you'll optimize customer experiences, guide content initiatives, and implement digital innovation. This position offers the opportunity to shape our digital future while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital strategies

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Information Science, Digital Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to build and guide effective teams

  • Expert knowledge of SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and content strategy

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics, campaign optimization, and ROI measurement

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies

  • Experience with digital campaign management, from conceptualization through implementation

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across matrix organizations

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences or healthcare industry

  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and marketing automation platforms

  • Up to 10% travel may be required

  • Ability to stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

  • Strong organizational skills with experience in digital transformation initiatives

  • Experience in developing and managing content taxonomies and information architecture

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
