Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:
Junior Accountant with German language skills in Station Accounting Team
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process utility and property tax invoices and reinvoice them to Franchise sites in Germany
Performing periodical closing procedures
Performing various account reconciliations and analysis, resolving discrepancies and errors
Responding to queries from site managers and representatives of business unit and external partners of the company
Contributing to current process improvements within responsibility area
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience within finance or accounting would be considered as advantage
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a last year student within this area would be considered as advantage
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Fluent in German (both verbal and written, B2- C1 level) to communicate with colleagues in Germany
Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
Good communication and collaboration skills
Precise, analytical and organized person
Self-motivated, positive, good team player
