2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Shift Lead for Intel’s Pop-Up Store to lead the team, drive customer engagement, and ensure seamless operations!

Join the Intel Experience team as a seasonal Shift Lead and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Supporting the Shift Manager, you’ll help drive daily operations, lead a team of Intel Promoters, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the highest standard of service and engagement. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on participation with demos and customer engagement.

• October 20, 2025 – November 30, 2025
• Monday–Sunday availability, including holidays as needed
• Primarily 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• $40 per hour + monthly incentive bonus
• Must be available on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday

Job Description:

• Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily floor operations
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to Intel Promoters
• Manage scheduling, breaks, and staff coverage to meet event needs
• Serve as a point of contact for customer or operational escalations
• Lead by example through direct customer engagement and product demonstrations
• Support event reporting and ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role (e.g., keyholder, team lead, or assistant manager)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to coach and motivate team members
• Confident stepping into a leadership role and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Must have access to a smartphone and reliable transportation
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs as needed
