The Event Manager role sits within the Danish Experience Studio and is responsible for delivering innovative and quality end to end events, providing complete domestic or global services. You will interpret a client’s brief and create meetings & events to their precise requirements, with responsibility for the full research of the meeting elements as well as negotiations with vendors and preparation of costings and proposals, building meeting timelines and confidently communicate this to the client. The Event Manager acts as a strategic and operational lead across creative, technical, production and logistic teams with client objectives and excellence in execution.

It is natural for the Event Manager to have a dialogue and an advisory role with the client about their needs and find a creative solution. You are responsible for achieving personal and overall sales goals.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Own the full lifecycle of the projects, from briefing and proposal through to delivery and post-event reconciliation
  • Act as advisory for the customer about different options and guide to right solution
  • Act as central point of contact for clients , colleagues , suppliers
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and scopes are clearly defined, managed, and delivered against
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders , ensuring clear communication and accountability



What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the events industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create compelling client presentations and secure meeting commitments in Danish and business English.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, collaborative, proactive , structured and commercially minded, with a passion for innovation and industry best practice
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex events with cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • On-site event execution experience, including real-time coordination and problem-solving during live event delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts and enhance delivery standards
