Let’s talk about the role

We are seeking a Website Content Specialist to maintain and optimize high-quality, engaging digital content across our websites and digital platforms. This role is key to ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with ResMed’s brand voice and marketing goals. You will support our WebX team experts by contributing to web platforms content/ features updates.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support planning, management, follow-up of assigned web requests.

·       Participate in tasks prioritization and request consistency.

·       Collaborate with various members of the digital, Martech, and Ops teams to ensure proper orchestration and execution of tasks.

·       Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders (Consumer, Brand, Comms…).

·       Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues by proposing other solution options.

·       Ensure graphical consistency of websites and compliance with brand guidelines at the group level to enhance our online presence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum:

·       Degree in Computer Science, Business School, or Web/Digital School.

·       Previous experience in a similar role – 1 to 3 years.

Preferred:

·       Degree in IT, Digital, Web, E-Commerce, or related field.

MANDATORY SKILLS

·       Previous experience in a similar.

·       Excellent knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress/Hubspot.

·       Design/UX skills.

·       Prior use of tools like ASANA/JIRA.

·       Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

·       Fluent English required: daily work is conducted in English.

PERSONAL SKILLS

·       Excellent organization and time management.

·       Agile in multi-tasks management.

·       Comfortable working in a team.

·       Comfortable in an international environment with global contacts (internal and external).

·       Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

·       Sense of and respect for confidentiality.

·       Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and hierarchy awareness.
