Position Summary:

Join Walmart as a Manager, Health & Wellness Business Support and play a pivotal role in shaping our Health & Wellness strategy. This is a unique opportunity to lead contract management efforts that directly impact our ability to deliver innovative healthcare solutions at scale, while supporting business growth and compliance.

About the team:

Our Health & Wellness Contracting team drives Walmart’s Health & Wellness initiatives by managing contracts that support our critical partnerships with payers and vendors across the Health & Wellness organization. We operate at the intersection of business strategy and legal compliance, ensuring our agreements support company goals, foster innovation, and maintain the highest standards of integrity. Your work will help us deliver accessible, high-quality healthcare to communities nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, review, and coordinate stakeholder input on Health & Wellness contracts

• Maintain organized contract files and histories

• Oversee contract compliance and reporting

• Support Health & Wellness business initiatives and process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• Paralegal or Juris Doctor degree; proficiency in contract redlining and technical writing

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

• Detail-oriented, flexible, and effective communicator

• Supervisory experience, ideally in legal or healthcare insurance

• Project Management or Six Sigma certification preferred

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
