Responsibilities:

• Plan and Support User Research for Highrise: Collaborate with other researches and team members to design and execute studies tailored to Highrise, including in-app interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

• Recruit and Manage Highrise Participants: Coordinate participant recruitment from the UT, ensuring a diverse and representative sample that reflects the community.

• Collect and Analyze Highrise-Specific Data: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights related to user behavior within the Highrise app and identify trends or pain points.

• Synthesize and Report Insights for Highrise: Develop reports and presentations focused on user behavior and feedback, providing actionable recommendations for product and design teams.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Highrise Teams: Work closely with Highrise product managers, designers, and engineers to align research efforts with application goals and updates.

• Maintain and Improve Highrise Research Practices: Document findings, refine tools, and stay informed about mobile app user research trends to enhance research processes for Highrise.
