Job Summary
Comcast Business is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive 3 to sell our suite of commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. This role is responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, building strong relationships with clients and community organizations, and delivering tailored solutions that meet complex business needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Creates and delivers compelling face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate deep knowledge of Comcast Business products and services. Sells with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
Develops and executes a territory strategy, including cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively generates new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory.
Retains and grows the customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience. Builds long-term relationships and collaborates with internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
Maintains accurate and high-quality sales records. Prepares and submits sales and activity reports as required.
Regularly meets with customers in the field. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime as necessary.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
