Summary:
The Operations Lead oversees the daily supervision of delivery, process, and business operations teams. The role includes managing workloads, assigning tasks, and developing team members. This position requires on-site presence in Bangalore and direct interaction with client engineers. Additionally, the lead acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in network, network security, IP management, F5, and telecom, often serving as the escalation point for issue resolution and customer concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Interpret business objectives and execute operational practices accordingly.
• Supervise the proper execution of team processes.
• Act as the client interface on-site in Bangalore.
• Review and assign incoming work with clarity and direction.
• Perform client-related tasks, including data entry, when required.
• Apply expert process and systems knowledge to daily responsibilities.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, workload balancing, and scheduling.
• Facilitate equitable distribution of tasks and team development.
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing work for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and internal documentation.
• Analyze and interpret complex data and reporting.
• Act as SME for team members, peers, and clients.
• Identify and resolve complex problems and escalate as needed.
• Conduct quality audits and drive process improvements.
• Track operational metrics and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Lead team meetings and contribute to new hire onboarding.
• Ensure time and expense reporting compliance.

• LAN/WAN troubleshooting, installation, migration, and configuration.
• Switches, routers, and wireless equipment management.
• IP routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
• Ethernet switching: VLANs, VTP, EtherChannel (PAgP/LACP), STP (PVST, RPVST, RSTP, MSTP, CST).
• Layer 3 Switching and Inter-VLAN Routing.
• Nexus Switching: VDC, vPC, FabricPath.
• Cisco ISE for secure network access.
• Infoblox DDI for IP management.
• DNS/DHCP configuration and support.
• Cisco SD-WAN troubleshooting and operations.
• Azure Cloud network support.
• MPLS Core (Juniper preferred).

Security:
• ITIL-based knowledge in incident, change, and problem management.
