Promote collaboration and responsiveness while maintaining a level-headed perspective.
Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong knowledge of clients’ businesses.
Own working relationships with client teams, providing day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and deliverables.
Support with campaign proposals, strategic plans, and end-of-campaign wrap reports.
Work with Ad Operations team to align on KPIs. campaign implementation, and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
Support with creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.

Be a problem solver, without having a fear of asking for help and/or guidance.
Ability to work under pressure and with short timelines.
Grow existing accounts by cultivating new relationships across multiple lines of business.
Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
Consider improvements to our project management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of account management and/or media planning experience
Experience managing programmatic and paid social campaigns
Experienced with media research platforms (e.g. Nielsen Commspoint, Vividata)
Experience with presentation software (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint)
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Profound attention to detail
Experience working with Slack
Experience working in or alongside ad agencies
In-depth understanding of media concepts, key terms, and tactical investment strategies.
