What you will do:

  • Build strong relationships with customers using rapport and open questioning techniques to understand their needs.

  • Identify sales opportunities for the team by leveraging product knowledge and troubleshooting interactions.

  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by recognizing multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process and asking appropriate questions to identify them.

  • Communicate essential features and clinical benefits of products effectively to customers.

  • Support the development of basic business plans with input from the Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning in partnership with the broader sales team.

  • Address challenges and setbacks proactively, with minimal impact on revenue or budget.

What you need:

  • Approximately 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a relevant industry.

  • Diploma in a related field.

  • Knowledge of the medical device environment and applicable medical device regulations is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently for business purposes, with an estimated 80% travel requirement.

  • Outgoing, persuasive, and able to engage effectively with individuals holding diverse perspectives.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage change effectively.
