The Role   

 

The Senior Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior HR Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and streamlining team operations, supporting strategic HR initiatives, and fostering an engaging team culture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Report To Vice President, HR Business Partner-GTM 
 

Your day-to- day  

 

·       Assist in operationalizing leadership team strategies and vision, supporting annual goals, initiatives, and HR projects. 

·       Provide administrative support for VP and Director-level HR workstreams, such as People Leader Services and Business Partner Transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 

·       Manage leadership calendars, coordinate complex scheduling, and arrange travel itineraries as needed. 

·       Actively support team culture by planning and coordinating in-person and virtual team meetings, events, and other engagement activities. 

·       Partner with HR leadership to create a cohesive, positive team environment, facilitating opportunities for collaboration and recognition. 

·       Organize, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and off-site meetings, including logistics, materials, catering, and travel. 

·       Act as the main point of contact for all team meetings and related projects, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. 

·       Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports for the HR leadership team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. 

·       Maintain organized records of projects, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. 

 

 

What you bring to the team 

 

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 

·       Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role supporting senior executives, preferably within Human Resources. 

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

·       Experience supporting leadership strategy and team culture initiatives. 

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 93,730.00 - 147,290.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 74,550.00 - 117,150.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 66,640.00 - 104,720.00 USD
