Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Extension Suite - Strong understanding of application development principles - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of software development lifecycle - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders -At least 2 years of strong SAP BTP - CAP development experience. -Should be able to build business applications using CAP for Node.js -Knowledge of Java will be an added advantage -Understand the requirements provided in the high-level design document (Functional Specs) -Raise any questions and get them clarified with client Functional SMEs -Work closely with the client Technical Architects to finalize the Technical Design -Conduct unit tests and support functional tests -Perform code transports and make sure the core is running fine in quality env. -Participate in daily scrum stand up calls and update respective stories in client agile tool -Learn the client Way of Working and adapt to it asap. -Should have strong Interpersonal/soft skills and good communication skills. -Should have a good overall understanding of clean core concept, SAP BTP and SAP S4 HANA in General Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Extension Suite - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
