该职位将支持上海迪士尼度假区公共事务部的内部传讯团队的各项工作，成功竞聘者将有机会在一个极具活力，快节奏的环境下参与到各类内部传讯的项目中，并且有大量机会和公司内其他相关团队进行跨部门合作。他/她需要有一定的整合各项目和传讯平台资源的能力，日常工作职责将涵盖编写内部沟通信息、翻译、编辑、活动支持、内部推广项目、跨部门或平台的的协调以及诸多其他事项。

工作内容：

• 协助执行内部传讯的活动、流程和平台以实现上海迪士尼度假区的业务目标。
• 支持团队成员的工作，为度假区各部门提供内部传讯相关的服务。
• 能够在已制定的进度和预算内支持各项活动和项目。
• 操作并维护内部传讯部门各个传讯平台
• 为各业务部门提供内部传讯相关的咨询建议和支持。
• 在规定的时间内，有效地、准确地完成工作任务。
• 为内部传讯政策与准则提供支持并保证其一致性。
• 确保所有向内部演职人员传讯的正确性、及时性和专业性以实现业务目标。
• 确保专用名词、语法、图像和名称的恰当使用，确保所有传讯工作符合法律和员工手册条例。
• 能够及时地支持所有内部传讯相关材料和文件的归纳存档。

我们希望您：

• 拥有1年以上工作经验者（全职或在知名公司的实习）优先。
• 本科及以上学历。新闻、传播、公共关系、传媒、市场、人文科学、英文或国际关系等专业毕业者优先。
• 英语流利、中文为母语水平，包括书面、口语及演讲能力。
• 有丰富写作、编辑和通讯稿/出版物经验者优先。
• 有社交媒体内容撰写或平台管理经验者优先。
• 熟练操作Word、Excel、Outlook和PowerPoint等电脑软件。
• 能够运用出版、绘图设计、摄影摄像编辑软件者优先。
• 能与不同部门协调并合作执行传讯战略和项目。
• 有较强的创造力和人际交往能力，能够积极解决问题。
• 对流程的建立和改进有强烈的兴趣。
• 在团队合作环境下，有能力适当分辨优先工作、善于同步处理并有效地完成多项工作。
• 能够在较短的时间内处理项目并及时完成工作。

拥有外资企业工作经验者优先。

Job Summary:

This position will support the Internal Communications function of the Public Affairs team at Shanghai Disney Resort. The successful candidate will have exposure to all disciplines of internal communications and will be working in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with a heavy focus on collaboration amongst various stakeholders and teams. He/she should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and to manage program resources and platforms. The daily work scope will include but not be limited to internal message writing, translation, editing, event support, internal promotion program coordination and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of internal communications campaigns, processes and platforms to meet the business objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort.
• Support various team members to provide internal communications service to all lines of business across the resort.
• Provide project support to various initiatives and campaign to meet budget and time constraints.
• Operate and maintain various internal communications platforms as needed.
• Consult and provide internal communications support to all LOBs across the resort.
• Accomplish given assignments effectively, accurately and within an established timeframe.
• Support internal communications policies and guidelines to ensure alignment.
• Ensure that all communication to Cast is accurate, timely and professionally written to support business needs.
• Ensure that guidelines for the proper use of nomenclature, grammar, graphics, and names are met.
• Ensure that all communications pieces reflect Legal and Cast Relations guidelines.
• Support the archiving needs of all internal communications related materials and documents with a key focus on timeliness and content.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least one year of professional experience (either via full time employment or reputable internship program).
• Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines, preferred major in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Liberal Arts, English, or International Relations.
• Fluent in English and native level Mandarin Chinese with ability to communicate verbally, via written word, and carry out presentations.
• Writing, editorial, and newsletter/publication experience are highly preferred.
• Candidates with social media content creation or platform management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
• Proficiency in publishing, graphics design, photo and video editing software would be a major plus.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate across various teams to implement communication programs.
• Highly creative, enjoys problem solving and great people skills.
• Keen interest in ongoing process creation and improvement.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle projects with immediate delivery schedules.
• Experience working in a multinational corporate environment preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule based on work assignments is required; may require weekends, holidays, early morning, and late evening work.
