Lead the design and development of complex transformer engineering projects.
Translate customer requirements into innovative, practical design solutions.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure feasibility.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and goals.
Drive risk identification and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Build strong customer relationships and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support the development of early-career engineers.
