JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a structured and proactive KAM Coordinator to help deliver operational excellence and high customer satisfaction within Foodservice. You will be the key link between KAM, Sales Reps, and Supply Chain, working daily with data, customer agreements, and commercial support — always with the customer at the center.You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support and sparring to KAM and Sales teams.
• Manage customer bonuses, rebates, and P&L updates, maintain pricelists, customer data and contract documentation.
• Handle ESRA statistics, campaigns, and tender materials.
• Follow up on SSL/OO’S performance and coordinate with supply chain manage product announcements and perform price control

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Foodservice or a commercial support function is a must
• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong in excel and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Communicates well in Danish and English
• works in a structured, detail‑oriented, and collaborative way

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SAP/ESRA Understanding of customer data, P&L, and basic account planning
