Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid

Primary Objective of Position
• The Core Application Specialist is responsible for Workflow definition and 
implementation, delivery of customer operator training and coaching, 
application support, application troubleshooting and customer support after 
TOR.


Major Accountabilities
• Deliver customer track operator training on-site.

• The position requires 80% of time traveling throughout Spain.
• Deliver Onestock implementation and operator training on-site.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR.
• Customer support after TOR.
• Success in this role is measured by customer survey document.
• Track workflow definition and implementation.
• Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.


Education
• Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.


Background
• Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and 
customer references.
• Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical expert for product line responsibility.
• Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software.
• Troubleshooting skills.


Impact of position
• Define and implement laboratory workflow.
• Deliver customer operator training and coaching, application support, and 
application troubleshooting till TOR.
• Deliver customer support after TOR.
