Responsabilities:
Lead and deliver a clear, pragmatic IT transformation roadmap that stabilizes the post‑acquisition environment, reduces complexity and enables sustainable business growth
Own the end‑to‑end technology integration of acquired businesses, including application and data consolidation, infrastructure alignment, process harmonization and removal of duplicated capability
Identify, shape and prioritize technology‑led transformation opportunities that improve operational efficiency, warehouse performance, customer experience and commercial agility
Develop robust business cases and investment proposals, securing funding while balancing speed‑to‑value, cost, risk and long‑term simplification
Deliver strategic change initiatives from discovery through delivery, transition into BAU and benefits realization, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes
Establish and manage a coherent portfolio of change and transformation, aligned to group PMO standards, business priorities and delivery capacity
Build strong, trusted partnerships with business, operations and commercial leaders, ensuring technology decisions are driven by real operational and customer needs
Provide credible customer‑facing technology leadership, supporting client engagements and clearly articulating scalable, differentiated technology roadmaps
Define and embed a fit‑for‑purpose IT operating model, clarifying accountabilities across internal teams, group functions and third‑party partners
Build, develop and lead a high‑performing local IT team, setting clear expectations, developing capability and creating a culture of ownership and delivery
Manage strategic vendors and system integrators, ensuring commercial value, delivery quality and alignment to agreed architectural standards.
Ensure reliable IT operations and services, including infrastructure, applications and support models that underpin day‑to‑day business performance
Implement and maintain effective IT governance, security, risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity appropriate for a regulated logistics and pre‑wholesale environment
Embed disciplined delivery, documentation and change management practices to support a growing and maturing organization.
Act as the primary escalation point for material technology risks, service issues and delivery challenges, driving timely resolution
Hold full accountability for the IT budget, including planning, forecasting, cost control and delivery against agreed outcomes and benefits

Requirements:
IT experience at Director level (at least 8-10 years) in a large multinational organisation (preferably logistical and/or Pharmacy supply chain)
Working in a complex matrix management environment is essential
Bachelor level university degree in computer science or relevant qualification
Strong Numeracy and Literacy
Project and programme management, cultural change, strong process improvement capabilities and functional business application knowledge
Define and deliver IT Transformational change evidenced by measurable business outcomes
Proven ability to use initiative and judgement to make tough decisions
Knowledge of relevant aspects of GDP
Implementing and operating the global IT initiatives and executing a change and transformation of the systems within an organization
Knowledge of IT compliance and validation (GAMP5 / CSV) preferable
Experience working within European regulatory and data‑protection environments, including GDPR and audit readiness
Fluency in English is essential; additional language capability or experience operating in non‑English‑speaking environments is advantageous
