About the Role

Quality is the cornerstone of user trust. In the App Matrix strategy, the QA team is not just a gatekeeper but a velocity accelerator. We need an engineering-minded QA expert to safeguard both client and server quality while reshaping testing processes through automation and AI to move fast without breaking things.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Quality Assurance: Lead the testing and quality lifecycle for both mobile clients (iOS/Android) and server-side services.
• Automation & AI: Build and maintain automated testing frameworks; leverage AI tools to generate test cases and improve regression efficiency.
• Quality Infrastructure: Plan and build a standardized quality system for API automation and performance pressure testing.
• Continuous Improvement: Track production issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements in testing strategies and development processes through effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of QA experience; proven experience in API automation and performance testing.
2. Proficiency in Python/Java, Linux commands, and basic database operations.
3. Ability to utilize AI tools for writing automated test cases.
4. Solid understanding of software testing theories, methodologies, and Agile processes.
• Preferred Qualifications:
1. Innovative thinker who can drive quality improvements beyond standard processes.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for elevating user experience.
