Job Description:
The RFID Product Management Senior Analyst supports the RFID New Product Development Evaluation & Build Senior Manager by managing analytical and execution workstreams across the RFID Visibility portfolio. This role supports product, program, and channel management within the UPS Portfolio, delivering insights, business cases, performance reporting, and go‑to‑market enablement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned analyst capable of operating independently and stepping in to support manager‑level responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end‑to‑end product lifecycle management across evaluation, build, launch, and optimization.
- Support development of market research, product analysis, and competitive assessments to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
- Develop stat cards, business cases, and financial analyses (ROI, payback, scenarios).
- Inform build and maintain routine and ad‑hoc product/channel performance reports and dashboards.
- Support roadmap execution and IT functionality from a business requirements perspective.
- Partner with Go‑to‑Market teams to support product messaging, field training, and launch communications.
- Perform defined maintenance activities for product infrastructure, materials, and documentation.
- Lead cross‑functional activities and support the Senior Manager by owning workstreams and executive deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, product management support, or strategy within a cross‑functional environment.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, operational knowledge and/or storytelling skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and data analysis capabilities; dashboarding tools knowledge a plus.
- Proven ability to operate with limited supervision and execute at a senior analyst level.
- Demonstrated readiness to step in and support manager‑level responsibilities when needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $7,220 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $13,375 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
