Key Responsibilities

  1. Provides technical support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs
  2. Acts as intermediary between customer and factory by providing  documentation and  technical support  to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 
  3. Monitors system performance including Uptime, MTBF, MTBI,  Availability and system parameters. 
  4. Communicates/forwards CENs, BKMs, Safety Notices, procedures and manuals.

  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
