We’re looking for an Intern with English and one additional language to join our Purchase to Pay in Łódź.

What you’ll do

  • Handling inquiries and requests from Suppliers.

  • Collecting and analyzing data on PTP processes.

  • Creating summaries, investigating the root causes of problems of late payment of invoices.

  • Direct contact and ensuring good relations with the Supplier.

  • Participation in improvement projects and LEAN processes.

  • Analyze disputed invoices and define corrective actions.

  • Monitor Supplier accounts to ensure that they are handled precisely and contain accurate and complete information.

  • Proficient SAP system support related to orders, suppliers, bills, invoices, and other sweeps.

  • Support procurement in updating and creating vendor master data.

  • Being in close contact with the internal stakeholder to ensure that payments are approved and paid on time.

 

Your qualifications

  • You are a student in Finance / Economic / Foreign Languages or relative fields

  • You’re fluent in English and additional language such as French, German, Spanish or Nordic

  • You have good analytical skills

  • You want to join an international company and develop new practical competences in the accounting area

  • You are available to work approx. 30-40 hours/week
